The results of the analysis showed that human capitals working in the Youth and Sports General Directorate are satisfied with the quality of the friendly relation between manager and themselves. However, this satisfaction is not equal in all sub-branches and creating changes in the process of resolving the conflicts in organization seems to be necessary. In this regard, paying attention to subjects such as increased support of employees and honesty in dealing with them is very important.
